The Great Harvest honors this tradition through a four-act culinary experience that follows the fading light from the gardens into an evening of warmth, conversation, and exceptional cuisine.

The Fading Sun
Guests are welcomed into the warm garden glow, where the first moments of the evening unfold under the fading light. A selection of seasonal cocktails and delicately composed bites introduce the season's first expression of abundance.
The Tipping Point
Daylight recedes as guests are guided by lantern light to a table where the harvest is waiting. Rich and generous fare fills the table, while gratitude and the comfort of gathering together become the evening's richest offering.
