1. Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details (name, phone, email).

2. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

Deposits are applied toward your final bill unless otherwise stated.

Refund and cancellation rules may vary depending on the booking type and timing.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel late or do not show up, you may forfeit your deposit and/or be charged a fee where permitted by law.

If you need to change or cancel a reservation, please contact us as early as possible.

4. Changes

We may need to adjust your reservation due to operational needs (e.g., seating, timing). We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.

5. Conduct & Policies

We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior or violation of venue policies.

Please follow staff instructions and on-site safety guidelines.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your reservation or visit.

7. Communications

We may contact you about your reservation by email, phone, or SMS if you have consented.
